Effective September 28, 2026. This policy explains what Eastside Relocation, a service of NW Luxury Homes (Justin Cicero, Managing Broker, Real Broker, LLC), collects on this website and how it is used.
What we collect
Information you send us. When you submit the contact form, book a call, email, or text us, we receive what you provide: typically your name, email address, phone number, where you are moving from, your timing, and anything you choose to tell us about your housing needs.
Usage data. We use Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager to understand how the site is used: pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and how you arrived. This data is collected through cookies and similar technologies and is aggregated; it is not used to identify you personally.
Third-party tools. Scheduling runs through Calendly, and home search links go to nwluxury.homes, which is operated with Lofty. Each of those services has its own privacy policy that governs the information you enter there.
How we use it
To respond to your inquiry, to help you evaluate neighborhoods and homes, to coordinate a purchase, sale or move you ask us to help with, and to improve this site. If you become a client, your information is stored in our customer relationship management system so we can keep track of your search and follow through on commitments.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties except service providers who help us operate (hosting, email, CRM, scheduling, analytics) and as required by law or to complete a real estate transaction you have asked us to handle.
Cookies
This site uses cookies for analytics and basic functionality. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work, though some analytics will not record your visit.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to records we are required to keep for real estate transactions. Email justin@nwluxury.homes and we will respond within a reasonable time.
